Simultaneous identification and analysis of cassane diterpenoids in Caesalpinia minax Hance by high‐performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry

Cassane diterpenoids were successfully and simultaneously identified in Caesalpinia minax Hance by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 59 peaks were detected, and among them 51 compounds, including 41 furanocassane diterpenoids, 10 furanolactone cassane diterpenoids were simultaneously identified and characterized on the basis of the protonated molecule, retention behavior, and fragments in MS². Ten compounds, including seven novel compounds, were identified or tentatively identified for the first time in C. minax. In a positive ion mode, the fragmentation pathways of cassane diterpenoids were also analyzed for the first time. The relative amounts of the five main diterpenoids (caesalpinin L, caesalpinin F₂, bondcellpin C, caesalpinin E, and ξ‐caesalmin) were simultaneously quantified by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Results showed that the newly discovered and known components of C. minax can be used to determine the material basis of bioactivity; this method can also be applied to analyze cassane diterpenoids in herbal medicines from the genus Caesalpinia belonging to the family Fabaceae.     

Lot‐sizing policies for deterioration items under two‐level trade credit with partial trade credit to credit‐risk retailer and limited storage capacity

The main purpose of this article is to investigate the optimal wholesaler's replenishment decisions for deterioration items under two levels of the trade credit policy and two storage facilities in order to reflect the supply chain management situation within the economic order quantity framework. In this study, each of the following assumptions have been made: (1) The own warehouse with limited capacity always is not sufficient to store the order quantity, so that a rented warehouse is needed to store the excess units over the capacity of the own warehouse; (2) The wholesaler always obtains the partial trade credit, which is independent of the order quantity offered by the supplier, but the wholesaler offers the full trade credit to the retailer; (3) The wholesaler must take a loan to pay his or her supplier the partial payment immediately when the order is received and then pay off the loan with the entire revenue. Under these three conditions, the wholesaler can obtain the least costs. Furthermore, this study models the wholesaler's optimal replenishment decisions under the aforementioned conditions in the supply chain management. Two theorems are developed to efficiently determine the optimal replenishment decisions for the wholesaler. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the theorems that are proven in this study, and the sensitivity analysis with respect to the major parameters in this study is performed. 基于两阶段灰色聚类模型的新疆经济社会发展水平评价研究

通过两阶段灰色聚类模型选择影响经济社会发展水平,基础设施建设,相关产业发展水平以及区域经济基础四个一级指标的10个二级指标来构建区域经济社会发展水平评价指标体系,以2013年新疆14地州市相关数据为样本,运用基于改进的中心点混合三角白化权函数把新疆各地州市从经济社会发展的角度划分成4个区域,为"新丝绸之路经济带"下新疆各地州的经济与社会发展定位提供依据最后找出属于三、四级经济圈内地区经济与社会发展落后的原因并提出相关建议.     

考虑事故风险损失的爆炸物品经济订货批量模型研究

爆炸物品在储存过程中存在发生爆炸事故,从而给人类和环境带来伤害的可能,因此在对爆炸物品进行采购决策时必需考虑由此带来的风险损失.在给出爆炸物品事故风险损失度量方法的基础上,建立了爆炸物品的经济订货批量模型,证明了模型存在唯一最优解,并给出了模型的求解步骤,为相关企业合理制定采购决策提供了理论依据.数字算例分析了事故概率、赔偿标准、单位库存费、单次采购费对最优批量的影响,比较了考虑事故风险损失与否时的最优批量,结果表明,当事故概率或赔偿标准较高时,两者对应的最优批量差异明显.这也说明,当事故概率或赔偿标准达到一定程度时,考虑事故风险损失是十分必要的.     

基于回归分析方法下公共交通对经济增长的影响分析

随着社会经济的发展及人们环保意识的不断增强,公共交通事业的发展及其投资力度不断加大,公共交通在给人们带来方便的同时也在带动着经济的发展.通过扩展的生产函数模型,采用普通最小二乘方法对2003-2012年间的公共交通数据进行估计分析,并找出有异常值的样本点,然后利用稳健MM估计方法进行估计,结果表明公共交通变量对经济的影响具有正相关作用.     

不同类型专利对经济增长影响的实证研究

文章考察三种不同类型专利对经济增长的影响,结合广东省1985-2014年最新数据,通过Matlab、Excel软件对数据进行图像模拟,并根据函数理论、计量经济学理论,创造性地构建一种多元非线性计量模型。进一步地,运用所得模型进行实证分析,结果显示发明专利在经济增长中产生的影响远大于实用新型专利和外观设计专利,论证了原创性创新在现阶段广东省经济转型升级中的核心作用。     

湖南大湘西地区城市经济竞争力比较研究

在现有城市经济竞争力分析的国内外研究成果的基础上,依据城市竞争力相关理论,借鉴国内外评价机构的评价模型和分析体系,构建出湖南省大湘西地区城市经济竞争力的评价指标体系,并利用因子分析法对大湘西地区城市经济竞争力进行综合评价,并对各个城市的经济竞争力进行比较研究.在此基础上,有针对性地提出了促进大湘西地区城市经济竞争力提升的对策建议.

本文基于$\Omega$-范畴研究了(连续) $\mathcal{I}$-余万备$\Omega$-范畴的一些性质. 我们给出了双完备$\Omega$-范畴和逼近双模的概念并讨论了它们的性质, 证明了任何$\mathcal{I}$-余万备$\Omega$-范畴都是双完备$\Omega$-范畴. 得到了代数$\Omega$-范畴范畴等价于双完备$\Omega$-范畴.     

Quantitative surface-enhanced Raman measurements with embedded internal reference

Analytical applications of SERS are often more associated with qualitative than quantitative analysis, because of the difficulty in obtaining quantitative SERS results. In this paper we introduce a new strategy to quantitatively measure the SERS signals of analytes based on Au-core/Ag-shell nanoparticles with embedded 4-aminothiophenol as the internal reference. Successful detections of two analytes, Toluidine Blue O in aqueous solution (detection limit of 0.1 μM) and melamine in milk (detection limit of ∼5 μM), are demonstrated. The improvement in the linear fitting illustrates that the use of internal reference significantly improves the accuracy of the quantitative SERS measurements. The successful detection of melamine in milk illustrates the versatility of this detection scheme for a wide variety of analytes.     

Influence of relative humidity and loading frequency on the PA6.6 thermomechanical cyclic behavior: Part II. Energy aspects

In this study, we investigated the influence of relative humidity (RH) and loading rate on the energy response of PA6.6 matrix specimens. The latter were subjected to oligocyclic tensile-tensile tests at 3 different RH and 2 loading rates. Infrared thermography was used to obtain a direct estimate of heat sources using the heat diffusion equation. Using the mechanical and thermal responses discussed in the first part of this work, complete energy rate balances were drawn up. In particular, the time courses of deformation, and dissipated and stored energy rates are discussed. The strong influence of the loading frequency and RH on the energy storage mechanisms is also highlighted.
